Marci Caudle, Managing Partner
Marci is a highly accomplished talent acquisition leader with over 25 years of experience across both agency and corporate environments. Her expertise spans solving complex hiring challenges and providing strategic leadership in human capital management.
Originally from upstate New York, Marci pursued her higher education at Clemson University, where she was a Division I volleyball player while earning her Bachelor’s degree. After graduation, she relocated to Chicago, where she spent 12 years in the staffing industry, specializing in contract and direct-hire recruiting across various industries.
In 2011, Marci transitioned into human capital management and people operations leadership, focusing on fast-growing technology companies. This shift broadened her expertise in aligning talent strategies with organizational goals, and after years of leading talent teams and staffing organizations, Marci discovered her passion for implementing effective solutions to complex hiring problems. This realization led her to found TAGRO Solutions (formerly TenFootLine).
A cancer survivor, Marci brings resilience and a unique perspective on the importance of work-life balance. “While I’m fortunate to be on the other side of my cancer journey, the experience gave me clarity. In this fast-paced, ever-evolving world, we’re all striving to do our best. That’s what drives me. I’m dedicated to helping organizations build teams in ways that promote growth, creativity, and a thriving work environment.”
Bill Emerson, Partner
Bill brings over 30 years of experience in staffing, recruiting and human capital consulting to TAGRO Solutions. After joining his family’s staffing and recruiting firm in 1990, Bill became President in 1998 and led the business away from a franchise system to form Emerson Group in 2000. Emerson Group has serviced thousands of companies in the Greater Philadelphia business community and placed nearly 25,000 candidates in temporary and permanent positions. Bill has built his career on the foundation of always doing the right thing with unmatched communication and commitment. He is always seeking to help others become more successful and continue to grow both personally and professionally.
On a personal note, Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts and currently resides in Moorestown, NJ. He enjoys playing golf, traveling and spending time with family and friends in Long Beach Island, NJ. He is extremely active in the community and currently a board member of The Greater Philadelphia YMCA and President of the Mid-Atlantic Staffing Association (MASA). Past involvement with non-profits and within the community include President of Garden State Rotary Club, President of The Tender, Chairman of the Board for the YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties, Chairman of Tri-State Human Resources Career Management Committee, Chairman of Burlington County YMCA Human Resources Council, member of Urban Promise Development Committee, President of Moorestown Youth Football, President of Moorestown Football Parents Club and active coach in Moorestown youth sports.
