Marci Caudle, Managing Partner
Marci is an exceptional talent acquisition leader with over 25 years of experience working in both agency and corporate environments.
Marci is no stranger to hard work and finding balance between work and play. Born and raised in upstate NY, she chose warmer pastures to continue her education – she was a Division I volleyball player for Clemson University, while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree.
Eager to get her career started, Marci hightailed it to Chicago post-graduation where she spent 12 years in the staffing industry supporting various industries with contract and direct-hire recruiting. In 2011, Marci elevated her recruitment expertise to human capital management and people operations leadership when she started working for fast-growing technology companies.
After devoting so many years to staffing organizations and leading their talent teams, she realized that her passion was in implementing solutions to challenging hiring problems for a variety of organizations, so she struck out on her own to do just that – and that’s when TAGRO Solutions (formerly TenFootLine), was born.
Marci is a cancer survivor and ready to go to work for you. “While I’m very fortunate to say that I am on the other side of my cancer journey, my experience put many things into focus. We are all trying to do the best we can in a fast moving ever-changing world. And that’s what drives me. I’m here to help growing organizations do that very necessary thing of building a team but in a way that fuels growth and creativity while fostering a healthy working environment for all.”
Bill Emerson, Partner
Bill brings over 30 years of experience in staffing, recruiting and human capital consulting to TAGRO Solutions. After joining his family’s staffing and recruiting firm in 1990, Bill became President in 1998 and led the business away from a franchise system to form Emerson Group in 2000. Emerson Group has serviced thousands of companies in the Greater Philadelphia business community and placed nearly 25,000 candidates in temporary and permanent positions. Bill has built his career on the foundation of always doing the right thing with unmatched communication and commitment. He is always seeking to help others become more successful and continue to grow both personally and professionally.
On a personal note, Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts and currently resides in Moorestown, NJ. He enjoys playing golf, traveling and spending time with family and friends in Long Beach Island, NJ. He is extremely active in the community and currently a board member of The Greater Philadelphia YMCA and President of the Mid-Atlantic Staffing Association (MASA). Past involvement with non-profits and within the community include President of Garden State Rotary Club, President of The Tender, Chairman of the Board for the YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties, Chairman of Tri-State Human Resources Career Management Committee, Chairman of Burlington County YMCA Human Resources Council, member of Urban Promise Development Committee, President of Moorestown Youth Football, President of Moorestown Football Parents Club and active coach in Moorestown youth sports.
